180 Health Club is a new curated space showcasing the best specialists in movement, fitness, mindfulness, beauty and grooming. These services sit alongside the latest body therapy technologies including Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Ozone Saunas, Red Light Therapy and Compression and Percussion tools. Based at the top of 180 The Strand in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, members can escape to relax, socialise, enjoy a treatment, ground and workout.
